Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

JSB performances, Minnesota state touring, classes, mentorship, and educational activities - virtual and in-person - engage and serve Minnesotans. Direct post-performance talk backs, evaluation with class participants, easily accessible online surveys, and internal self-assessment are all tools JSB employs to measure outcomes.

Measurable Outcome(s)

JSB's return to investing in its in-person audiences and only had modest success as pandemic issues stymied a full recovery. Talk back sessions, and actual audience members that used Playbill and on-line surveys informed JSB - both at home and touring destinations - that its work was meaningful, even if the total number of audience members served was less than projected.
