The capacity of those providing arts experiences is increased or strengthened by supporting operational costs associated with the ways in which they connect to their communities through the arts. Evaluation methods include NLOC Board approval of an Operations Budget necessary to the successful operations supportive of bringing arts to the community prior to year one and year two. Evaluation methods include an NLOC Board Survey administered post year one and year two measuring the relative importance and success that were achieved by meeting the Operations Budget.
