Regional residents experience increased access to the arts and arts activity via the active presence of an outdoor art gallery of sculptures placed on pedestals in our historic downtown. Evaluation methods include both Board Survey and Project Director pre /post interviews and Board Surveys to measure targeted activities to be carried out by the Project Director with support from the Board of Directors to increase effectiveness in reaching goals for the BSW in the next 2years.
