Participation of underserved communities - people of color, economic disadvantaged, people with disabilities, people over 65 years of age will make up at least 25% of artists and attendees. 50% of artists and attendees will report learning something new in the arts presented. Brief written surveys of attendees and artists will be completed following each event and tallied at the end of ArtBlast. Brief verbal exit surveys will be conducted by the planning committee and the RAAC board of directors.
