ACHF Arts Access
The audience will engage with the arts and artists. EAW will strengthen relationships with merchants and artists, streamline routines, and document processes and procedures to assist future boards. Measurable outcomes: ? EAW will connect artists with interested buyers ? Merchants will feel communication by EAW personnel was sufficient ? Artists will feel the application process was smooth and the setup assistance was helpful ? Artists will be satisfied with the way their work was displayed. We will interview audience members at the artist reception, and conduct an online survey of EAW artists. We will also seek to include a few EAW questions in the in-person surveys of merchants that the Ely Winter Festival will be conducting. EAW will enlist the help of the Ely Winter Festival evaluation coordinator to improve its evaluation process and survey questions. We will review the evaluation results at a board meeting before we begin planning for 2021.
