The mission of Hopewell Music Cooperative North is to provide underserved students in north Minneapolis access to affordable music education and to share vibrant performance experiences with?our community members.

Reduce the burden of free programming to become more financially efficient and more impactful in our use of funds across the organization. We will assess our budget as a whole and by individual program to inform strategies for program cost reduction; We will refine operational procedures for maximum administrative efficiency; We will monitor our impact through various surveys.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Hopewell efficiently carried out impactful programming. Admin efficiency led to successful enrollment & fundraising campaigns and program support. Program and organizational budgets show cost effectiveness & efficiency. Administrative effectiveness was demonstrated through effective program support. Community impact was observed in discussions with students & families and online surveys.
