Measurable Outcome(s)

HOBT created systems for transparency and shared leadership, and implemented programs to adapt to COVID-19 and support decentralized MayDay events. HOBT surveyed participants, hosted community input sessions, and audited programs and processes, leading to a new model of shared organizational power: three governing bodies of staff, board, and council, that use a consensus model to make decisions. 2: HOBT built relationships with new artists and community partners, offered accessible virtual workshops, and COVID-safe public art experiences. HOBT used audience and artist feedback as well as the MayDay Council's Values and Affirmations statement, which puts forth values and guidelines, to shape HOBT's programming, business model, and operations.
