Develop, enhance, and present high quality choral music programming for women and girls' voices, focused on growth, connection, and empowerment. Participants feel empowered, affirmed, challenged by programming (survey/discussion); volunteer and audience satisfaction (survey/discussion); artistic evaluation by staff and board. 2: Provide relevant, inclusive, and accessible programming which increases/grows participation of our audience (5%), and program participants (5%). Comparative audience and participant demographics (surveys); Analysis of participant registrations/participation enrollment numbers from previous year; participant/audience feedback on accessibility, relevance, and inclusivity (surveys/discussions).

Measurable Outcome(s)

Developed and presented high quality online choral music programming for women and girls' voices, with an 85% satisfactory rating of reaching outcomes. Survey Monkey feedback, online feedback, staff evaluations, and online discussions regarding programming. 2: Provided relevant, inclusive, and online accessible programming, which grew our digital outreach by 235% from the previous fiscal year. Comparative analytics from YouTube for online audience, Survey Monkey survey for participants, and analysis of enrollment (participants) and viewership numbers (audience).
