Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Deepen the organization's commitment to programs that reach Minnesotans across racial, cultural, gender, artistic, and geographic boundaries. Support 350+ Minnesota artists and 50+ Minnesota affiliated professionals. Provide training and technical assistance that delivers high-quality, customized public art learning, resources and guidance to artists/ communities in 40+ Minnesota communities. 2: Continue to increase unrestricted revenues to support a sustainable, flexible organization that serves Minnesota artists and communities. Secure 100 new MN-based donors through events and cultivation. Grow consulting clients to increase training/consulting revenue from 41% at the close of 2019 to 50% of annual organization revenue.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Supported 425 MN artists and 150 MN affiliated cross-sector professionals. Provided trainings and technical assistance in 45+ MN communities. Staff collected and tracked data on artist/cross-sector professional support and training/technical assistance activities. 2: Secured 27 new donors through digital fundraisers and 1 major gift to launch an initiative, consulting revenue increased to 42% of annual org revenue. Staff collected data following programming/events/fundraising campaigns and tracked consulting client details.
