We brought to fore the influence an Ojibwe-Cree-Orkney man had on Sigurd Olson personally, professionally, and as subject in Olson?s writings. The report details how significantly Linklater influenced Olson.
By highlighting Linklater?s influence on Olson, we opened the door for others to consider how Olson was influenced by ?locals? and not just by academics and elite writers (as has been done in the past).
