Measurable Outcome(s)

Short Term---We applied for and received a $20,000 Legacy Grant which enabled our committee to obtain architectural drawings of the jail which are needed before we can proceed with the preservation of our jail.
Progress Indicator--Hired LHB architects of Minneapolis, MN to complete drawings. Mike Lovato is the project manager.

Intermediate Term--The site visit by LHB architect on April 30, 2019 gave our architect detailed information on what steps need to be done to stabilize and save this jail.
Progress Indicator--LHB has now finished the jail's architectural drawings and we know the steps and processes that will be needed to stabilize and restore our jail.

Our short term and intermediate term targets were achieved. We can now look to our long term goal of applying for another grant to begin the bidding and construction phase of our project.
