Develop diverse community engagement and participation in current programming. LSYC will evaluate supporting community organizations and schools in which all of our participants attend and work to engage new and diverse populations throughout the year. 2: Increase technological efficiencies of the organization to expand community visibility and increase funding. With a new CRM database, LSYC will track growth in fundraising, outreach, and community support. A new marketing plan and internship management plan will also be evaluated for effectiveness.
