City of Lakes Community Land Trust will collaborate with Peyton Scott Russell to provide a graffiti art based experience culminating in the creation of a community mural.

ACHF Arts Access
To provide graffiti art learning experience for up to 60 CLCLT homeowners. Homeowner participation in planning/project coordination Workshop attendance Community event attendance. 2: In partnership with Minneapolis-based artist, execute large-scale mural representative of work and ideas generated during workshops. Creation of mural at 1930 Glenwood Ave, Minneapolis Implementation of partnership with Peyton Scott Russell Mural unveiling celebration attendance.
Graffiite art learning experience facilitated for 25 CLCLT homeowners. Attendance at community-based and youth workshops. 2: Large-scale mural executed using images acquired from CLCLT homeowners. Existence of completed mural on the east side of the CLCLT office building; photo documentation of mural.
