Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal and measurable outcomes for the Operating Support Project remain the same as in 2019: 1) focused improvement in financial and date reporting; 2) engaged and informed Board; 3) positive relationships with donors, funders, collaboration partners, and fiscal sponsor; 4) progress toward securing our own IRS designation; 5) balanced budget with diverse funding support; 6) increased number of satisfied audience members, artists, learners, advisors. OACC's Board of Directors affirms that we are measuring the right things and that we should continue our existing approach. Methods include: 1) measuring Board satisfaction with accuracy and timeliness in budgeting, accounting and reporting via Board resolution 2) measuring Encore's satisfaction with serving as our fiscal agency relationship via renewal of agreement 3) measuring Board's approval of plan to receive IRS designation via Board endorsement of plan 4) measuring Board's approval of fundraising policies and financial plan via Board adoption 5) measuring compliance with data collection expectation via funders' and donors' acceptance of reported data 6) measuring effectiveness in partnerships and collaborations via renewals and new agreements In preparation for strategic planning in 2020, the OACC Board has selected Improve Group to improve its approach to outcome evaluation and o guide its strategic planning in 2020.
