Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The Arrowhead Chorale will continue to focus on visibility, marketing, and both audience and donor development, as well as support for staff (artistic director, accompanist, business manager) throughout our 2019-2020 season. Goals: 1. Continue the transition from a chamber choir to a symphonic choir. While the number of singers is that of a symphonic choir, a new approach to rehearsing and performing must be learned and refined. 2. Increase the Chorale's visibility in the community through social media and marketing campaigns. 3. Continue to collaborate and partner with both local and non-local artists to provide unique experiences for our audiences, members, and collaborative partners. 4. Continue to increase new and consistent donor involvement by simplifying the giving opportunities available and offering a new opportunity (Singer Sponsorship). Measurable outcomes are retention of both staff and singers, audience size, and community support and involvement. The Board of the Arrowhead Chorale is in charge of all evaluations (grants, concerts, other activities, etc.). Evaluation of this grant as a success will include: 1. Increased audition attendance, returning singer attendance, and audience attendance. 2. Social media metrics (number of views, likes, etc.) and post-concert surveys (audience and singers) to gauge visibility and participation, as well as collect general feedback. 3. Continued collaboration with local and non-local musicians and groups to be measured by follow-up interviews and post-concert feedback surveys. 4. Increase in individual and corporate sponsors via Singer Sponsorship and season sponsorship. The success of a musical performance is always subjective. Tears, laughter, clapping/participation, and gratitude are all indicators of a successful and moving audience experience, which we receive regularly from our audience members.
