150 people will attend a small-scale performing arts expo to draw out prospective artists across multiple generations, and allow people to talk one-on-one and in small, less intimidating classroom setting. Audience surveys will show over 30 people interested in expanding their skills in performing arts in the near future. Surveys, focus groups and similar metrics will be used to provide short-term quantifiable data. Audience count will also be a part of the process.
Nearly 100 people attended the expo led by nine different artists with audience feedback and follow-up indicating over 60% were new to the art forms in the US and interested in doing more projects in the next five years if programs were offered.
