Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Over 600 people will attend the February and May concerts with a goal to have at least 50 of those people take advantage of the free student tickets (any age, with a student ID). 85% of musicians who complete the survey (sent to all, at the end of the season) will agree or strongly agree that the BSO has improved musically in the past three years. We will assess attendance through ticket sales data (seats are reserved, and tickets are required for all attendees) at our February and May concerts. Musician surveys will be completed via an online vendor and left open for at least two weeks with at least four reminders sent out to make sure participation rates are as high as possible.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We had a goal of distributing 50 free student tickets and we actually distributed 98! According to our audience survey, the two most important factors in deciding to attend our concerts was an affordable ticket price and because they were interested in/liked the musical works being performed.
