Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantee organizations change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Groups traditionally underserved by the arts feel they have an authentic relationship to the grantee. Data Collection, Focus Groups, Observed Behavior Change, Video/Audio Recordings.
Supported artists and organizations who create, produce and present high quality arts activities. Overcame barriers to accessing high-quality arts activities. Instilled the arts into the community and public life in this region. Provided high quality, age appropriate arts education for residents of all ages. Represented the diverse ethnic, cultural and folk traditions represented in this region.
