Highland Friendship Club will engage COMPAS to develop the artistic skills of twenty people with low incomes and disabilities as they create individual mosaics and a traveling exhibit of mosaics telling the story of their community.

90% of participants feel better expressing themselves. Audience surveys will show that 80% of respondents were impressed with the art. HFC members will self-report in surveys about improved self-expression. HFC staff and the COMPAS teaching artist will observe changes in HFC members' actions and attitudes. Exhibition audiences will be surveyed about the artwork.
