Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Present complete seasons of diverse, high quality choral music for women's and girls' voices, with an affordable cost to sing or to attend. Participants feel empowered, affirmed, satisfied (survey/discussion); volunteer and audience satisfaction (survey/discussion); artistic evaluation by staff; increased scholarship capacity. 2: Sustainably restructure the Twin Cities Girls' Choir to ensure a quality musical education and grow the capacity of programming. Survey data, changes to staffing structure, number of participants served, funding mix shifts, board/staff evaluation of strategic plan progress.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Presented four concerts of diverse, high quality choral music for women's and girls' voices, with an affordable cost to sing or attend. Survey Monkey results showed: 53 out of 70 of TCWC singers and 100% of TCGC singers surveyed felt empowered, affirmed, and satisfied. Scholarships increased by 35%, and 100% of audience members rated performances at high quality. 2: Restructured the Twin Cities Girls' Choir to ensure a quality musical education and grew the capacity of programming. Hired two new choir directors, had 23 new participants join, increased grant funding for the program, and shifted programming to have music education outcomes.
