Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Asian Americans will comprise 51% of audiences in attendance at Mu performances. Theater Mu requests that audience members complete a brief demographic survey that serves as their ticket to enter the theater. The past two seasons show an increase from 23% to 34% of AA audiences. 2: Theater Mu will engage with the AA community at 25 different touchpoints throughout the year. Mu will plan, promote, and implement multiple engagement opportunities for the AA community throughout the year. These opportunities will be counted, and data will be collected with regard to numbers, demographics, and impact.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Asian Americans comprised 26% of live audiences at Mu performances. Demographic surveys were completed and turned in as tickets to the theater. Information was compiled by office staff and made available to staff and board. 2: Theater Mu offered three productions (45 live performances), and 41 virtual engagement opportunities. Opportunities were counted. Demographic data for live offerings was kept through surveys, and for virtual offerings through online analytics.
