Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Increased depth and sophistication of artistic activity; more projects created by Minnesota artists; and a re-designed Management Fellowship Program. We will track our artists' response to our program through our evaluations (attached); commission more local artists in Rough Cuts, and collaborate with other organizations for our Management Fellows. 2: Implementing The Nautilus Genome Project: Completing our archives; analyzing our impact on past participants; devising an appropriate succession plan. The Nautilus Genome Project will share our participant information online in a new website, and the outline of a strategic succession plan will be developed by the end of FY20.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We presented three of seven Rough Cuts. Plus one Composer-Librettist Studio, four Master Classes, and one new commission; Management Fellowship is on hold. Written evaluations were secured for CL Studio. We have ongoing discussions with Rough Cuts artists and the commission project. Master Classes were evaluated through conversations with contracting instructors; rated high and more classes planned. 2: Great progress on Genome Project, although the timeline has been pushed back due to the addition of the audience component. Our archiving continues. Consultants Brown and Hujda have begun analyzing narrative responses from the survey, and have generated initial data, which includes a substantial written evaluation component. The website has been delayed as we get a better idea of its design.
