Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Lakeshore Players will continue to be the northeast metro's premiere performing arts center while supporting the cultural activities in our community. Outcome will be evaluated by 1) attendance analysis of number of new and returning attendees; 2) number of attendees at education and enrichment events; 3) audience and participant surveys. 2: Lakeshore Players will expand our artistic reach with diverse community partners. Outcome will be evaluated by 1) number of community partners engaged in arts activities; 2) number of attendees and participants; and 3) audience, partner and participant surveys.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Lakeshore Players Theatre held its position as a premiere performing arts center by producing six mainstage productions, teaching programs and outreach. Lakeshore Players was thrilled to provide entertainment for 16, 489 patrons in the 2019/2020 fiscal year, with 1, 500 of those patrons being first-time attendees. Lakeshore Players also provided educational programming for 203 students this year. 2: Lakeshore Players Theatre partnered with 24 community organizations and performing groups in 2019/2020. We partnered with 24 community organizations and performing groups, and had 3, 576 participants in these programs. When dispersing surveys and eliciting testimonials, our participants were overwhelmingly grateful for the programs being offered.
