Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

HOBT will complete the transition of its 45-year artistic leadership and restructure programs to deepen impacts for communities in core neighborhoods. Along with existing evaluation protocols including surveys and interviews, HOBT will engage consultants to lead community engagement, business plan development, and development of indicators to evaluate impacts. 2: HOBT's work will strengthen new and existing community relationships in core neighborhoods, increasing relevance and accessibility. Measurable Outcome(s)

HOBT restructured all programs to support MayDay and created a MayDay Council that centers trans/queer communities of color in leadership. HOBT surveyed MayDay Council members, interviewed artists and community stakeholders, and audited programs that lead to the implementation of new programming criteria and a business model where all programs support the MayDay Celebration. 2: HOBT offered free, family-friendly performances and workshops with ASL and language translation services increasing relevance and accessibility. HOBT used an access planning tool to identify gaps in services. Ticket sales analysis, surveys, and one-to-one conversations revealed that ticket price, location, and transportation were barriers to family-friendly performances.
