The mission of Hopewell Music Cooperative North is to provide underserved students in North Minneapolis access to affordable music education, and vibrant performance experiences for our community members.

ACHF Arts Access
Reduce the cost of free programming to become more financially efficient and more impactful in how we allocate funds across the organization. Indicators: Increased capacity to serve free students, increased compensation for all staff, increased numbers of volunteer hours evaluation measurement: regular assessments on budget and impact on our community through student and employee surveys.
Free programming cost was significantly reduced, and operations became more efficient. Progress toward indicators was assessed through surveys and by examining participation rates in free programming through enrollment numbers, volunteer engagement through hours logged on our volunteer database, and staff compensation through payroll.
