This grant will allow me to take time to complete my book, Science Love Letters, expanding my skills from short stories to a book length manuscript. At the end of the grant period, I will have completed a publishable manuscript, and I will have a plan for sending it out to agents and publishers. 2: The Nature Library will give the general public opportunity to interact with nature and express themselves creatively through writing and drawing. The public's interaction with the library will be evaluated by the drawings and writing they leave. These will be posted to the project website and social media, allowing for broader public engagement.
