Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans participate in the arts because arts experiences are relevant and accessible to them. Minnesotans learn, grow, or change because they participate in quality arts experiences. Grantees change, expand, or enrich the ways they connect to their communities. Video-Audio Recordings, Observed Behavior Change.

Measurable Outcome(s)

As an example, attendance to the museum for 30 students was not in the high school’s budget, if it weren’t for the free event organized by the artist. Student led, formal discussion took place about the relevance of exhibit themes to students’ lives.
