The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra will collaborate with community organizations on the west side of Saint Paul to establish a new neighborhood series guided by an advisory council.

The SPCO will share its transformational performances with the West Side community through concerts, music education, and engagement activities. Through analysis of audience and project personnel feedback, the SPCO and a community council will participate in ongoing evaluation of the partnership's planning, implementation and achievements.
