Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We hope to achieve a successful production of an original play. Target audience is over 500 for the run. We conduct post-mortem meetings with our production staff, and send surveys to all actors involved in our show. We are always trying to improve our process, and the feedback we get from artists help us fix what isn't working and refine the things that are.
