Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We anticipate roughly 800 adults 18-85 will attend the production put on by approximately 12 different artists (800 experiencing, 12 participating). We expect that roughly 50% of our audience will be experiencing our work for the first time (based on audience surveys), and that 100% of our artists (participants) will find new and challenging ways to successfully explore and stretch their professional skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. We will administer post-show surveys at each performance (these have historically been an extremely successful method for obtaining audience/participant feedback); we will also talk with audience members after performances for verbal feedback, and gather feedback through email and social media responses and any post-show discussions. For participants, we will have open conversations throughout the preproduction, rehearsal, and performance process, and discuss their experiences after the production closes to assess whether they were able to successfully explore and stretch their professional skills in new and challenging and collaborative ways.
