Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

This Media-arts workshop will engage 15 East-African young women by supporting education and active participation in media production to advance racial and cultural equity in our community. These young women will earn a Certificate of Completion to evidence the technology and media skills that they have gained through this program. Their completed project will be publicly broadcast, providing the greater Minneapolis community at large with the opportunity to meaningfully connect with East African female artists and their culture. In additional Minneapolis Television Network will host a public screening of at least 30 minutes of content, followed by audience post performance feedback with these inspiring young artists.
