ACHF Arts Education
We will measure the success of Dance the Balkan Way by the numbers of participants, the attracting of people who had not previously been exposed to the Balkan folk culture and giving additional depth of the experience for those who had. We will also look for the response of the media and the professionals. We can count on the number of participants and event goers to be between 200 and 400 people. The evaluation will include surveys of the participants, the visitors; and interviews with the participating artists and representatives of the organizations. There will be participation observation and video recordings of the sessions in order to study them later. We hope to gain insight for the creation of future events like this.
