ACHF Arts Access
Increase visibility of poetry in Northfield by establishing poetry events throughout the City, organized by the Poet Laureate. Increase participation in poetry events by targeting underserved youth, including Hispanic students in Northfield. 1. Data Collection; attendees, number of events. 2. Surveys measuring satisfaction and effectiveness.
The grant activity increased access to the arts, particularly through the Poet Laureate's work with youth at Northfield High School (especially with Hispanic youth in the high school English Language Learning class).
