Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We hope to have a cumulative total of 1,500 people attend our five nights of concerts and community sings. We hope that through audience surveys we will see that 75% of respondents learned about a culture or style of music that was previously unfamiliar to them. Because it is a free event, we will count the number of audience members in the amphitheater each night. We will have a survey that audience members can take before, during or after the performance, or if we receive their email address, we will send it to them electronically.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Over 100 participants from 9 groups participated as performers in the event, with multi-artist collaborations occurring in 3 of the 5 evenings, including 2 first-time collaborations that were designed specifically for this program. Over 750 audience members sang along with the performers in multiple languages. 100% of survey respondents expressed an interest in seeing similar events in the future.
