Data collection will consist of data collection, interviews and surveys. Attendance will be tallied by committee members present at every musical event by counting the number of attendees, the number of families attending and the number of people under the age of 30. Committee members will also interview musicians and attendees each event to get feedback about the program. Once a month, evaluation surveys will be handed out to all attendees. The Chamber Executive Assistant will distribute and tabulate the results of the surveys, as well as the weekly data collection and observations by committee members. In addition, the evaluation will be available online, at City Hall, and at the Gaylord Public Library.
