The Legacy Logo was created to represent and identify projects funded by the Clean Water, Land and 
Legacy Amendment. If you are a recipient of funds from the outdoor heritage fund, parks and trails fund, clean water fund or the arts and cultural heritage fund, the logo may be displayed:
- On legacy funded construction projects
- At access points to any land or water resources acquired, restored, protected, or enhanced through legacy funds
- On printed and other materials funded with money from one or more of the funds.
