Leech Lake Tribal College is commiteed to the goal of ensuring that Ojibwemowin remains a vital part of our culture for generations to come. This grant will play an important role in complementing that work and helping LLTC make Ojibwemowin more accessible to our community. The College of Saint Benedict will present a free outdoor concert series, Sunset Stages at Saint Benedict’s, designed to specifically engage the Saint Joseph community and featuring Minnesota artists.
The College of St. Scholastica is requesting a one year grant that would provide critical funding for its 2010-2011 Performing Arts Series, which offers a variety of arts experiences that would not normally be available in this largely rural region.
